Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received
  • Must include original packaging and labels
  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival. All such purchases are considered final.

Please note: Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us prior to purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (once approved) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once:

  • The returned goods have been received and inspected, and
  • We have received a credit from the original supplier

Please note:

  • A restocking fee of 15–25% may apply, depending on the item and reason for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed (less any applicable restocking fees) once supplier credit has been received.  Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
