Courier Delivery (Tapware Only)
Courier delivery is available for tapware items only.
- Auckland: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days.
- Outside Auckland: Tapware items only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace number for shipment tracking.
Click & Collect (Free)
We offer complimentary click and collect from all store locations.
Pickup is available by arrangement from our Auckland stores.
You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Pickup Only Items
Due to size and handling requirements, certain items are not eligible for courier delivery and are available for pickup only.
Delivery Disclaimer
While every effort is made to package items securely, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during courier transit.
If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
Returns & Shipping Responsibility
- Items must be returned in their original, re-saleable packaging and condition.
- Returns must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
- Return instructions and shipping details will be provided prior to sending items back.
- A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
